Weddings & Events 

We offer our working farm to rent for weddings and other celebrations.  We offer many options and packages.  The pavilion can seat up to 120 people comfortably.  There are many beautiful spaces around the property that can be used for the ceremony itself. 

Payment: A credit card is required on arrival.  No open tabs will be allowed for rentee or guests without credit card. A 50% deposit is required for booking. Refundable up to 90 days prior to the event. 

Facility Rental: 

For weddings with 80 – 100 guests: The wedding couple are our only event clients for 8 hours. There will be no other rental event functions in the pavilion and vineyard & yard space the day of the wedding. Set up in the pavilion. 

Any available day: $2000

For weddings with 50- 80 guests: The wedding couple are our only event clients for 8 hours. There will be no other rental event functions in the pavilion and vineyard & yard space the day of the wedding. Set up in the pavilion.

Any available day: $1200

For weddings with under 50 guests: The wedding couple are our only event clients for 8 hours. There will be no other rental event functions in the pavilion and vineyard & yard space the day of the wedding. Set up in the pavilion.

Any available day: $750

BYOB: Beer and Wine only 

Private servers: Servers for tasting, table or bar service for any size $100 each. Server is required for any group that is consuming alcohol. 

One server per 50 people for table/bar service is suggested. 

Beautiful Vineyard and Working Farm: Many options exist for the wedding ceremony around the property.  You could choose to be in the vineyard, the barn or multiple other beautiful spots for your setting. 

Rehearsal Day Property Access: Access to the property for a rehearsal of 1.5 hours to be scheduled.

Photo Shoot Property Access:  Access to the property during normal business hours for bridal or engagement photo shoots. 

Tables and Chairs: We take care of all setup and tear down service. 

We have contacts with many wonderful local vendors for catering, cakes, decorations, photography, etc. that you may need, but you are able to hire your choice of vendors.

Smaller Events 

For smaller parties and get togethers under the pavilion such as; bridal showers, birthday parties, reunions etc. 

Facility Rental: 

For events with fewer than 50 guests: Includes tables & chairs. Set up in the pavilion. The party rental is for 2 hours with 1 hour on each side for set up/break down. $250

For events with more than 50-75 guests: Includes tables & chairs. Set up in the pavilion. The party rental is for 2 hours with 1 hour on each side for set up/break down. $500

For events with more than 75 guests: Includes tables & chairs. Set up in the pavilion. The party rental is for 2 hours with 1 hour on each side for set up/break down. $750

Each additional hour is $100

Private servers: Servers for table or bar service for any size $100 each. Server is suggested for any group over 50 people that is consuming alcohol. 

Payment: A credit card is required on arrival.  

BYOB: Beer and wine only – no glass
